Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Kreativaz, every product is carefully designed and packed with attention to quality. As most of our products are creative and made-to-order, we follow a strict no return policy, with limited exceptions.

❌ No Returns / No Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.
  • All purchases are considered final sale, except in cases mentioned below.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Product

We provide support only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • You have received the wrong product.

Return Request Guidelines:

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.
  • A clear 360° unboxing video is mandatory (showing the package opening and issue clearly).
  • Clear photos/videos must be shared for verification.

🔄 Replacement

  • Once your request is verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Replacement will be shipped to your original address.

🎨 Customized Orders (Important)

  • Replacement is not available for customized products (such as custom name keychains, custom standees, etc.).
  • Returns for customized products are accepted only if the item is damaged during delivery.
  • A valid 360° unboxing video is mandatory for such claims.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only if replacement is not possible.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days.

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Minor variations in color, finish, or texture (due to 3D printing process).
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

📦 Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, we may arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.
  • Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.

💳 Payment Method

  • We accept prepaid orders only
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

📲 Order Placement

  • Currently, orders are accepted only via Instagram and WhatsApp
  • Our team will assist you with order confirmation and payment

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

🛠 Product Note

  • Made using eco-friendly PLA (3D printed material)
  • Slight variations are natural and not defects
  • Designed for DIY creative use.
