Every brand has a few moments that become special memories in its journey. For us at Kreativaz, 7th to 9th August was one of those moments.
We had already taken our products offline during the early days of Kreativaz, testing them near a garden and talking to people directly to understand how they reacted to our idea. But the Bharari Mahila Foundation exhibition was our first proper exhibition where we put up our own Kreativaz stall and showcased our products to a larger audience.
And yes, we were nervous!
We had designed and manufactured these products ourselves, and we believed in them. But there is something completely different about standing behind your own stall and watching real people discover your products for the first time.
💛 Our Products Found New Homes
Throughout the three days, people kept stopping by our stall to see what Kreativaz was all about. Kids were excited to explore the colourful designs, parents were curious about the idea behind the products, and even adults who came simply to browse ended up spending time at our stall.
What made us happiest was watching our products leave the stall and find their new homes.
Some visitors had already seen Kreativaz on Instagram and came especially to meet us, feel the products in person, and take them home. Meeting members of our Instagram family offline was a completely different feeling — people we had only known through screens were suddenly standing in front of us, supporting our little brand.
🌸 A Beautiful Surprise
One of the sweetest moments came from visitors who told us:
“There are no kids at our home, but we still want to buy this!”
They were drawn to our products simply because they loved the idea and the designs. Some even chose MagicMates coloured by Ojasvi and wanted to keep them as fridge magnets.
That moment reminded us that Kreativaz isn't only about creating something for children. It is about creating little pieces of creativity and memories that people can enjoy in their own way.
👀 Every Stop Meant Something
One thing we noticed throughout the exhibition was how often people stopped at our stall just to ask:
“What is this?”
Our products were different from the usual exhibition products, and that uniqueness naturally made people curious.
We got to explain our idea, demonstrate how the products work, answer questions, listen to suggestions, and most importantly, watch people's reactions as they experienced our products for the first time.
For us, these conversations were just as valuable as the sales.
🚀 From Online Confidence to Real-World Confidence
We always believed in the products we were creating because they are designed and manufactured by us at Kreativaz. But seeing real people hold them, try them, ask questions, smile, appreciate the designs, and take them home gave us a completely different kind of confidence.
Their feedback, reactions, encouragement and genuine curiosity gave us the motivation to keep creating, improving and bringing more unique products to life.
Our first exhibition taught us something very simple:
Sometimes, you need to step out from behind the screen to truly understand what your customers feel.
And we are so glad we took that step.
-------
Our first stall was not just an exhibition for us. It was the beginning of our offline Kreativaz journey.
We met new people, connected with our existing Instagram family, received valuable feedback, made new Kreativaz family members, and watched our creations become a part of people's homes.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, spoke to us, supported us, purchased from us, shared feedback, or simply smiled at our stall.
This was our first offline exhibition - and we are taking the memories, learning and confidence from it into every exhibition that comes next.
From our little workshop to your home - thank you for being a part of the Kreativaz journey. 💛💙
